As the Senior Director, Government Payer Relations, you will serve as the executive financial leader responsible for developing and advancing strategies that optimize Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement while supporting our mission to provide exceptional patient care.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner with executive leadership, finance, government relations, managed care, and operational leaders to influence reimbursement strategy, evaluate emerging payment models, and maximize state and federal funding opportunities.

Collaborate Across the Organization
Work collaboratively to improve reimbursement performance through enhanced documentation, utilization management, operational improvements, and strategic planning.
Champion Organizational Excellence
✔ Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience
✔ 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in one or more of the following:
✔ Demonstrated success leading Medicaid and/or Medicare financial negotiations
✔ Advanced knowledge of government reimbursement methodologies and supplemental payment programs
✔ Experience building collaborative relationships with government agencies, external organizations, and executive stakeholders
✔ Proven ability to influence executive-level strategic decisions
✔ Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to travel within Missouri and nationally as needed
