Develop and implement cutting-edge chemical processes that align with Honeywell's goals and objectives.
Lead and oversee a team of chemical engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Conduct research and analysis to continuously improve existing chemical processes and identify potential new ones.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in chemical engineering to ensure Honeywell remains at the forefront of technology.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in the development and implementation of chemical processes.
Provide technical expertise and support to other teams within Honeywell, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in chemical engineering.
Represent Honeywell at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the company's expertise and capabilities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all processes, procedures, and project work.
