Lead the user experience strategy and design for our products, ensuring they align with our company's overall goals and vision.
Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target audience.
Develop user personas, user journeys, and other relevant design artifacts to guide the design process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create cohesive and innovative designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the user experience and meet business requirements.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our products' user experience.
Mentor and coach junior members of the UX team, providing guidance on design principles, processes, and tools.
Communicate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders, advocating for the user's perspective.
Work closely with product managers to understand product roadmaps and timelines and ensure UX design deliverables align with project timelines.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling and user-friendly product demos.
Act as a subject matter expert on UX design, providing insights and recommendations to other teams within the company.
Continuously strive for excellence, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
Maintain a high level of quality control, ensuring all designs meet brand and style guidelines.
Represent Oracle in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
