A growing digital boutique advertising agency is seeking a Designer to elevate the creative standard across its client portfolio. This is an opportunity to work on high-visibility marketing initiatives for nationally recognized brands while partnering directly with agency leadership and senior client stakeholders.

We’re looking for a conceptual designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can transform ideas into compelling creative, and has an exceptional eye for detail. You’ll own projects from concept through execution, present work confidently, and deliver polished, brand-level creative that meets the expectations of Fortune 100 clients.

You Will

• Develop multiple creative concepts from strategy and creative briefs.
• Design high-quality digital marketing and brand assets from concept through final production.
• Partner with agency leadership, developers, and clients to deliver best-in-class creative.
• Ensure every deliverable is accurate, polished, and on brand.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and workflow while applying your own creative expertise.

You Have

• Agency experience creating work for Fortune 100 or other nationally recognized brands.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and polished execution.
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma strongly preferred.
• Experience incorporating AI tools (such as Claude or similar platforms) into the creative process.
• Bonus: Motion graphics, animation, or video experience.
