Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Prairie Village, KS. The Customer Service Representative will respond to inbound phone calls and emails from clients and partners, providing clear information on annuity products, policies, and account status.

Daily tasks include handling inquiries, resolving issues, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following up to ensure timely resolution and positive customer experiences. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to process requests, verify information, and escalate complex concerns when needed.

The Customer Service Representative is expected to maintain professionalism, meet service-level standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Experience focusing on customer satisfaction and customer experience, including resolving issues and managing expectations.
• Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar client-facing role.
• Clear, courteous verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting interactions and processing requests.
• Comfort working in an office environment in Prairie Village, KS and collaborating with on-site team members.
• Ability to learn annuity products and financial terminology; prior insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with computers, CRM or call-center software, and standard office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are beneficial.
