Codaray Construction is a commercial general contractor headquartered in Mississippi. Codaray Construction was founded in 2017 with the purpose of building trust, building people, and building peace of mind for the construction process. Codaray provides general construction, preconstruction, design-build, and construction management services.

To support continued growth in our project pipeline, we are expanding our operations team and seeking an additional Senior Project Manager to take ownership of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout. JOB OVERVIEW

• Manages all phases of the project, from preconstruction through closeout
• Primary responsibility for profit/loss on any one assigned project, or several smaller projects
• Supports the sustainable growth of the company through our vision, mission, and values
• Coordinates activities with the Vice President and assigned staff in Preconstruction, Business Development, and Human Resources as required in the execution of assigned projects
• Accountable to the Vice President for successful execution of assigned projects, as well as the development and behavior of all project staff
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, contract requirements, quality standards, and loss control policy
• Accomplishes quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives set forth in individual project plans
• Has authority to commit to matters of cost and schedule, in accordance with guidelines
• Serves as the Company's daily point of contact with the Owner on assigned projects
• In conjunction with the Vice President, makes recommendations to approve, recruit, hire, promote, transfer, or terminate Operations personnel
• Performs all essential functions in alignment with the company's values, beliefs, and policies so that the client's full satisfaction and Codaray's expected levels of safety, quality, and profitability are obtained

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must exhibit Codaray Construction’s Core Values (Integrity, Passion, Unity, Sustainability, Humility)
• Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) or more years’ experience in construction management required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Efficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction software utilized by Codaray
