Scrum Master

Geico Auto Insurance is looking for an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our team. As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to the development team to ensure successful completion of projects. To be successful as a Scrum Master at Geico Auto Insurance, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach in a software development organization. You should have a deep understanding of the Agile framework, and be able to apply the principles and practices of Agile development to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.

You should also have experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
