Project Manager
Project Manager
Our leaders shape strategic initiatives, develop passionate teams, and work to improve health outcomes. They advance our mission and exemplify excellence, compassion, teamwork and purpose in all that they do. Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Riley Children's Hospital Facilities team in the role of Project Manager.
At Riley Facilities, we believe our work is more than tasks, tools, and timelines - it is part of every child's healing journey. The spaces we build and equipment we maintain support families, enable clinicians, and help make it possible for kids to go home. Guided by Compassion, Excellence, Purpose, and Team, we create spaces where healing happens.
This is not a typical project management role. It is an opportunity to lead work that directly shapes the spaces where children receive care, families find support, and clinical teams deliver at their best.
As the Riley Facilities Project Manager, you will help guide projects that improve the environment of care across a nationally recognized pediatric hospital-from small, visible upgrades that improve daily experience to larger infrastructure and MEP projects that require careful coordination across departments, contractors, and operating constraints.
This person manages a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit. They will ensure projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. This person develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency and overall return on investments.
