Annual Pay Range (Based on experience): $60,000–$70,000

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, motivated leader to oversee daily showroom and warehouse operations. This role includes leading a team, merchandising the showroom, improving operations, managing inventory, supporting customers, and helping our business continue to grow.

Qualifications

• Retail management or leadership experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with merchandising and inventory management
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Retail POS experience is a plus
