Performance Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid marketing efforts and growth initiatives. This person will manage and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns, monitor daily performance, scale budgets, and continuously improve ROAS through testing and data-driven decisions.

They will also oversee our creative team by coordinating ad concepts, reviewing assets, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-performing creatives. In addition, they'll manage our email marketing calendar, execute campaigns, maintain performance reporting, and work closely with leadership to drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Duties

• Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance
• Scale ad budgets strategically based on performance data
• Run continuous testing to improve ROAS and overall campaign efficiency
• Oversee the creative team, including coordinating ad concepts and reviewing assets
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-performing creative for active campaigns
• Manage the email marketing calendar and execute campaigns on schedule
• Maintain ongoing performance reporting across all channels
• Partner with leadership to align marketing strategy with customer acquisition and growth goals

Experience

• Proven experience managing paid social and search campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and budget scaling
• Hands-on experience with 7 figure+ advertising budgets and a track record of improving ROAS through testing and optimization
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or platform-native dashboards for data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to manage email marketing campaigns and maintain a content calendar
• Experience overseeing or briefing a creative team, including reviewing ad assets and maintaining a consistent creative pipeline
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and experience managing digital marketing campaigns within an online retail environment
• Strong understanding of copywriting and creative direction for high-performing ad content
• Experience with marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign and reporting workflows
