This role directly influences pipeline growth, brand authority, and customer acquisition by elevating visibility across traditional search and emerging AI ecosystems.
At Genesys, we are redefining how organizations connect with customers through AI driven experiences, and this position plays a central role in ensuring our content is surfaced, cited, and trusted across evolving discovery channels.
You will operate at the intersection of technical SEO, content strategy, and AI search innovation, partnering with global stakeholders to influence how Genesys shows up in both search results and AI generated answers.
This is a high visibility role with direct impact on digital growth strategy, offering the opportunity to shape enterprise scale search programs and expand expertise in next generation discovery platforms.
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$108,700.00 - $191,100.00
