Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Senior Executive for an exciting opportunity based in Shuaiba, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales within the plastics manufacturing industry, Preferably with experience selling plastic products to water utilities, water companies, and other industrial clients.

This role is responsible for driving business growth, conducting market assessments, and leading product development initiatives from concept through commercialization, ensuring products meet customer requirements, market demands, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water industry and other industrial sectors requiring plastic products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead product development initiatives from market assessment and concept validation through realization and launch.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure product quality and successful product implementation.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide timely solutions to enhance long-term partnerships.
• Analyze sales performance, market data, and customer feedback to support business decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, market insights, and business development initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is an advantage.3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial roles.
• Experience within the plastics manufacturing, packaging, industrial products, or related sectors is highly preferred.
• Previous experience selling to water companies, utilities, or industrial clients is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
