Senior Content Writer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Writer to join our team at Salesforce. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for writing, editing, and creating engaging content for our customers.

The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for developing content that meets our customers’ needs and inspires them to take action.We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing and editing, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.

The successful candidate should also be highly creative and have the ability to think outside the box to develop content that stands out from the competition.

Additionally, the Senior Content Writer should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.If you have a knack for creating compelling content and a passion for working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Develop content that meets customer needs and engages them to take action.

Conceptualize and produce engaging content for a variety of platforms.

Maintain an organized and up-to-date editorial calendar.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure optimized content.

Stay current with best practices for SEO and content marketing.

Monitor and analyze content performance to inform future strategy.

Provide feedback and edit content created by other team members.

Brainstorm new content ideas and topics.

Proofread and edit content for accuracy and consistency.

Deliver projects in a timely manner and according to the set quality standards.
