JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Junior B2B Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of business accounts, support new client acquisition, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This position is a great fit for someone early in their sales or account management career who is ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
• Support senior account managers with new business acquisition efforts
• Track account activity and keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Prepare regular reports on account status, activity, and pipeline progress
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to deliver solutions for clients
• Participate in client meetings and presentations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Highly organized with strong follow-through

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a B2B sales environment
• Familiarity with sales pipeline management
• Experience with outbound prospecting or cold outreach
• Knowledge of the Indianapolis business community

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Pay: Commission Only / Approximately $60,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience
