Marketing & Partnerships Executive

Butterfly Chocolate Co. is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Partnerships Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who can turn marketing plans into real execution by coordinating campaigns, brand activations, pop-ups, PR initiatives, creators, influencers, agencies, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing plans across multiple F&B and gifting brands.
• Coordinate brand activations, pop-ups, exhibitions, collaborations, and PR initiatives.
• Communicate with content creators, influencers, agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Prepare campaign briefs, collect quotations, follow up on timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed.
• Research potential events, collaboration opportunities, creators, and marketing channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams including production, packaging, sales, operations, and digital marketing.
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special occasions.
• Maintain marketing calendars, execution trackers, and simple campaign reports.
• Assist in organizing photoshoots, campaign materials, product availability, and content requirements.
• Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and aligned with the brand direction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, partnerships, events, PR, influencer coordination, or agency/client servicing.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media, creators, influencers, and brand activations.
• Ability to coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal departments.
• Good English communication skills. Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Good computer skills, especially Excel, Google Sheets, and basic presentation tools.
• Experience in F&B, retail, gifting, hospitality, events, or marketing agencies is preferred.
• Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• This is not a purely digital ads role and not a senior marketing manager role.
