Business Litigation Associate Attorney

The Indianapolis, Indiana office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of business litigation experience
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
• Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
• Familiarity with the construction industry preferred
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Indiana licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $175,000 to $195,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates are also eligible for

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
• Annual subjective bonus
