Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, including both individuals and groups.
• Proactively research and analyze travel options, anticipating client needs and recommending additional travel services.
• Coordinate and book complex domestic and international travel, including air, ground transportation, rail, and accommodations.
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems, particularly Sabre, to facilitate bookings.
• Adhere to customer travel policies and applicable regulations safeguarding compliance.
• Employ positive communication techniques when handling customer requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to provide mentorship and share constructive feedback to enhance service quality.

What We Seek

• A passion for delivering exceptional client service, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Expertise in Native GDS, particularly with Sabre.
• At least 5 years of experience as a travel consultant.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Integrity in managing traveler information and personal details.
• A robust understanding of the travel industry, including business and leisure travel.
• Ability to resolve client issues efficiently and independently.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to receive and act on feedback.
• Availability for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts; full-time and part-time roles available.

Our Traveler Care team is operational 24/7. While specific staff handle night shifts, flexibility for afternoon shifts (12-8pm) and weekends is essential.

The base salary range for this position is between $46,200.00 and $85,800.00, depending on the role's complexity and the candidate's relevant experience and skills.
