Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of operational data and documentation to support the Transportation Department's daily activities. The role involves maintaining work orders, preparing operational reports, managing records, and performing data entry across multiple systems to ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.

Job Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accurately enter and update work orders in the Maximo system for all KDD sites.

Maintain and organize work order archives, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and easy retrieval of documentation.

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for fuel expenses, parking slips, and petty cash reconciliation.

Process operational data and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

Generate and update operational reports to support daily business activities and management requirements.

Assist with storekeeping documentation and inventory-related data entry when required.

Record and maintain vehicle gate pass transactions and related documentation.

Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents and identifying discrepancies before system entry.

Maintain organized electronic and physical records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company documentation standards.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of operational documentation and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is considered an advantage.
Work Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data entry, administrative support, or operations coordination role.
Previous experience in a transportation, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Experience working with ERP or maintenance management systems is highly desirable.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience using Maximo, SAP, and Oracle systems is preferred.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Excellent organizational and document management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English is required.
Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is considered an advantage.
