Editor & Writer - Talent Attraction

McKinsey & Company is looking for a talented and experienced Editor & Writer to join our Talent Attraction team.

We are passionate about finding the right people to join our team, and the right person for this position will be able to create compelling content that will attract the best talent to our company.This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is able to write and edit content that is both engaging and informative.

You should have an excellent command of the English language, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

You will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing content such as job postings, press releases, website copy, and newsletters.If you are an experienced editor and writer, who is passionate about helping our company attract the best talent, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Research and write compelling content that attracts the best talent to our company.

Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and in line with our company’s brand and style guide.

Edit and proofread content such as job postings, press releases, website copy, and newsletters.

Collaborate with other members of the Talent Attraction team to ensure content meets their needs.

Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure content is up to date.

Ensure all content is optimized for search engine optimization (SEO).

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
