Dark Store Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Kuwait Service Station, including the receipt and dispatch of goods, and warehouse management.
• 2. Ensures timely delivery of goods, coordinates interdepartmental collaboration, and enhances fulfilment efficiency.
• 3. Manages and guides team members, develops work plans and procedures, and improves team performance.
• 4. Oversee warehouse management, encompassing goods receipt and dispatch, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• 5. Analyse and resolve operational issues arising during logistics processes to guarantee seamless supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management or Retail Operations Management.
• 2. Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics operations and retail store management; candidates with team management experience preferred.
• 3. Thorough understanding of logistics operational procedures and relevant regulations, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• 4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ethos, with the ability to effectively coordinate interdepartmental collaboration.
• 5. Strong adaptability and capacity to maintain a positive work attitude in high-pressure environments.
• 6. English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication.
