Responsibilities

Cole is seeking an experienced and Site Designer to join our Landscape Architecture practice. You will be responsible for working on, collaborating and leading a varied range of efforts throughout all project phases to include proposal support, rendering, design, documentation as well as construction administration.

Cole is searching for a balanced professional who is self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable delivering projects from concept through construction utilizing a strong level of design quality, curiosity and technical competence.

• Assist with the management and production of plans for various projects from concept through construction drawings.
• Deliver design documents and presentations, including high quality renderings, plans and perspectives.
• Provide critical thinking and problem solving.
• Collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants, contractors, builders, sub-contractors and internal professionals.
• Assist in project document reviews and assure adherence to Cole standards, industry best practices and quality requirements.
• Interact with clients in a professional manner.
• Perform site visits to verify field conditions and monitor project progress.
• Assist in supporting proposal development, project pursuits and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Registered Professional Landscape Architect preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or site design.
• Excellent time management skills, organizational ability, communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with 3-D modeling software such as Sketch-Up preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Compensation

• Salary range for this role shall consider a wide range of factor’s including level of education attained, general qualifications, skills, experience, certifications and location.
