A growing manufacturer in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process optimization, manufacturing improvements, new product introductions, and technical support initiatives within a dynamic production environment.
This role serves as a key technical resource for the facility, partnering with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and customers to improve manufacturing performance, troubleshoot complex process challenges, and support long-term growth initiatives.
The position offers significant visibility within the organization and the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements in safety, reliability, productivity, and product quality.
