This is a high-profile role with significant visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to work alongside senior leadership while shaping the commercial growth of a major international account.

This is not a traditional business development or hunting position. Instead, you'll inherit an established strategic customer relationship and focus on expanding revenue, strengthening partnerships and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will act as the primary commercial interface for one of the company's largest customers, developing long-term account strategies that drive sustainable growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.Working closely with engineering, commercial operations, finance, quality and senior leadership teams, you'll ensure your customer receives outstanding support while identifying opportunities to increase market share and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with both customer and business objectives.
• Grow revenue and increase share of wallet across an existing strategic account.
• Partner closely with the customer's commercial teams to identify new opportunities and drive long-term growth.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Act as the customer's primary commercial contact and strategic advisor.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract renewals.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams including Engineering, Commercial Operations, Quality and Finance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage RFQs, proposals and commercial opportunities from initiation through execution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback to senior leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives including new product introductions, partnerships and regional expansion.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines commercial excellence with outstanding relationship management.

You will likely have:5+ years' experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales or Business Development.A proven track record managing large, complex strategic customer relationships.

Experience within the power, utilities, transmission, energy infrastructure or industrial sectors.

Strong commercial, financial and negotiation skills.

The ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Experience coordinating multiple functions within a global organisation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.A degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline (MBA advantageous).
