As Azure Beach expands into Bahrain, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to help bring our newest beach club destination to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizes and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties.
• Manage all social media platforms — creating monthly calendars, replying to all messages, updating platform information, uploading stories, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, boosting campaigns, etc.
• Communicate the flow and news of marketing activations across the other departments.
• Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department.
• Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
• Delivers reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations.
• Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills
• Plan, promote, and execute community events, promotional programs, and local marketing initiatives using face-to-face marketing strategies.
• Continually research and study trending market promotions and stay on top of the competition.
• Record progress of all inquiries and compile monthly reports showing source of business and other relevant points.
• Keep all websites updated with the right information.
• Create and keep updated an activations calendar regarding marketing initiatives
• Create content, plan and draft the monthly social media calendar.
• Communicate with any third-party agencies and guarantee the agency's constant support.
• Monthly BRM/Marketing reports and presentations to be created and sent
• Who We're Looking For
• Degree in fields related to Marketing, Communication, Business, or Hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Preferably agency experience with lifestyle hospitality venues/companies, or 2 years' in-house experience with standalone venues.
• Experience working in the leisure, tourism, or hospitality industry in luxury beach club, daylife, or fine dining venues.

Excellent spoken and written English — Arabic is a plus.
