Software Engineer Intern

Akkodis is seeking a Mainframe Programmer Trainee for a Contract-to-hire role with a client in Cleveland, OH (Onsite). We're ideally looking for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience or foundational knowledge of COBOL programming who is eager to build and advance their career in COBOL development.

Pay Range

$22-$24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Description

• Seeking people with 2-4 years of some kind of professional experience.
• BS degree is required, but does not have to be in CS/technical field.
• This will be 6 months of training in Cobol programming and mainframe technologies then hired to full-time.
• Will work on-site at Parker the first two months, then go into hybrid-4 days in, 1 remote.
