Key Responsibilities

• Learn and execute recruiting strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Source talent through networking, referrals, online research, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, skills, career goals, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with professionals across a variety of industries.
• Develop expertise within a specialized market and stay informed on industry trends.
• Present qualified candidates and assist clients throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize recruiting technology and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and activity.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Internship, work, leadership, athletics, customer service, sales, or campus involvement experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in recruiting and executive search.
• Comfortable working onsite in our office in Solon, OH.
