We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support our client’s social and paid campaigns. This is a contract role for up to 6 months. You’ll consult with internal clients and collaborate with teams to develop and execute compelling design solutions. Locations: Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, St. Louis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design consultations to conceptualize and execute social and paid media solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and co‑develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts to communicate design ideas.
• Create clear, visually compelling pitches and presentations.
• Mentor creative project team members by providing constructive feedback to support the project vision.
• Manage assigned projects by creating timelines and estimates to align with internal clients’ budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Creative digital portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and design skills with an emphasis on social and paid media marketing campaigns.
• Five‑plus years of related experience as a senior graphic designer with social and paid media experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to create creative briefs and mood/image boards, and to strategize and lead ideation sessions.
