We're looking for a driven, experienced Senior Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and closing new business.

This is not an account management role—we're looking for a true hunter who enjoys identifying opportunities, creating relationships from scratch, and consistently exceeding revenue goals.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified advertising and podcast production prospects.
• Sell integrated advertising campaigns including host-read ads, branded content, sponsorships, video, social media, and custom marketing solutions.
• Identify organizations that would benefit from Evergreen's podcast production services and guide them through the sales process.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and recommend customized solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and contracts.
• Negotiate agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within the CRM.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and client success teams to ensure exceptional campaign execution.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, digital marketing, podcasting, broadcasting, or agency sales.
• Demonstrated success as a hunter with a proven track record of generating new business.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling advertising, sponsorships, digital media, marketing services, or creative solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with advertising agencies, brands, or marketing decision-makers.
• Experience selling podcast advertising or digital audio solutions.
• Familiarity with CPM, sponsorship, and integrated media sales.
• Experience working with marketing executives, agency buyers, and C-suite decision-makers.
