An east-metro manufacturer of rubber materials is looking to hire a Sr. Materials / Process Engineer who will, in a 1st shift M-F capacity, support the production of their specialized goods by developing and evaluating the equipment operational metrics and coordinating with other departments on modifying processes and rubber mixtures.
The right person for this position, most likely at least a BSChE or similar with significant relevant experience, will also use SPC and analysis of such properties as viscosity and other material strength to ensure ISO9001 and customer needs are met.
This company is a division of a multi-billion dollar parent conglomerate, but maintains a small family-like environment!
