We are seeking a top-notch Executive Chef to lead the culinary team of Azure Beach Bahrain, known for its energy, creativity, and culinary innovation. We highly need someone who's a passionate, experienced, and visionary culinary leader with refined culinary expertise, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fresh, flavour-driven cuisine in a vibrant beach club setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional quality and consistency.
• Ensure food preparation meets Azure Beach's high standards of presentation, flavor, and freshness.
• Ensure execution of Azure Beach's signature dishes while continuously innovating with seasonal specials and events.
• Oversee daily prep, service, and kitchen flow for smooth execution during high-volume periods.
• Collaborate on menu development, seasonal specials, and new dish creation.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Manage inventory, minimize waste, and control food costs effectively.
• Oversee kitchen budgets, food cost, hygiene, inventory, and supplier relations.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment in the kitchen.
• Who We're Looking For
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end, high-volume operation.
• Background in beach club, daylife, or lifestyle dining venues is highly preferred.
• Solid grounding in Asian and Mediterranean flavours, with a feel for elevated, sharing-led beachside dining.
• Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Creativity in menu development while respecting brand identity.
• Excellent kitchen management, cost control, and food safety expertise.
