📝 Rquirements

• Technical college degree in a relevant subject
• Communication skills in technical and non-technical subjects
• Ability to communicate clearly to varied levels and businesses within an organization
• Understanding of IT infrastructure
• Understanding of disaster recovery and service continuity
• Analysis and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work in an international team
• Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rotation

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Maintain, support and develop Microsoft Active Directory & Azure AD
• Maintain, support and develop Microsoft Exchange 2016 on premise / Exchange Online, GPOs, Login Scripts, DNS
• Manage Enterprise Device Management / Mobile Device Management (Intune)
• Administer O365 (including SharePoint)
• Deliver professional services in 3rd level support ensuring full functionality of systems to the end user
• Write technical documentation
• Handle project work
