The Senior Accountant will own financial oversight across a portfolio of international foundations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all reporting and audit activities.

The Senior Accountant will

• Be the lead finance contact for trustees and company secretaries across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage relationships with global external accounting and tax partners (UK, US, CA, AUS, IE, IN)
• Lead on statutory accounts and annual returns for relevant regulatory bodies
• Collaborate closely with legal, tax, and operations teams to meet governance standards
• Support wider finance initiatives including FP&A and internal workflow improvements

You Will Need

• Working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and familiarity with international standards
• Confident communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; accounting software experience preferred
