We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme focused on improving corporate processes, services, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across complex change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Define current and future-state processes, requirements, and business outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and quality assurance to other Business Analysts.
• Drive best practice and continuous improvement across the analysis function.
• Support the successful delivery of technology-enabled business change.

Essential Experience

• Proven track record leading business analysis within complex projects and programmes.
• Strong experience translating ambiguous business challenges into clear solutions.
• Expertise in business cases, process analysis, requirements management, and service improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience working across Agile and PRINCE2 delivery environments.
• Ability to balance strategic objectives with detailed analysis.
• Experience mentoring and developing Business Analysts.
• Strong commitment to business analysis standards and best practice.

Desirable

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Background in corporate services, case management, workflow, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience operating within highly regulated or complex organisational environments.
