At Soho House, as a Housekeeping Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across all guest-facing and back-of-house areas.

Key duties…

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all areas (rooms, public spaces, offices, and staff areas) are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
• Conduct daily inspections and audits of guest areas, restrooms, lounges, and event spaces, addressing any deficiencies immediately.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they understand club standards, procedures, and safety expectations.
• Create and adjust daily work schedules and task lists based on occupancy, events, and business levels.
• Liaise with front of house, events, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and prompt response to member needs.
• Monitor housekeeping stock levels (e.g. cleaning supplies, linen, amenities) and assist with inventory control.
• Enforce health, hygiene, and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with COSHH and manual handling practices.
• Address member or guest feedback regarding cleanliness or housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Lead by example, promoting a positive team environment and strong work ethic.

What we are looking for...

A successful Housekeeping Supervisor for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You'll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

• 2–3 years' experience in a housekeeping supervisory or senior attendant role, ideally within luxury hospitality or private clubs
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, guest service, and back-of-house procedures
• Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Working knowledge of housekeeping systems or software is a plus
