You will be working on a wide variety of innovative projects, both for clients and within our in-house Innovation Lab, alongside experienced engineers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing as our Junior Software Developer

• Collaborating with our skilled development team to create and test web and mobile applications
• Learning from experienced software engineers and taking on increasing responsibility over time
• Working with a mix of modern and established tools such as:
• ReactJS, React Native, Node.js, PHP, Python, and AWS

Contributing to the development of our flagship product: AIVR (Automated Intelligent Video Review), a cutting-edge platform used across the rail industry

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need formal work experience, but we do want to see evidence of your passion for coding and technology. Maybe you’ve built your own app or website, created a game mod, or tinkered with a Raspberry Pi.

Essential Qualities

• Curious and eager to learn from challenges (and mistakes!)
• Reliable and ready to contribute to team problem-solving
• Familiarity with at least one general-purpose programming language
• Interest in both technical and non-technical aspects of the business
• A team player who enjoys contributing ideas and collaborating
