About the Role

We are looking for a driven and creative individual to join our Bristol team in a new role that blends marketing and business development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional interested in the construction, property, and design industries. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working with a passionate, close‑knit team — supporting project showcases, client engagement, and the continued growth of the Iesis Urban brand.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Creative

• Support the creation of engaging marketing content, including project photography, case studies, and social media updates.
• Visit live and completed sites to capture content ideas and assist with creative marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with our in‑house design and creative teams on promotional materials such as brochures, digital posts, and event content.
• Contribute to website updates, newsletters, and award submissions.

Business Development

• Assist with preparing and submitting bids, tenders, and capability statements.
• Support the use and management of the CRM system to track leads, clients, and projects.
• Research potential clients and opportunities within the commercial, residential, and co‑living sectors.
• Help coordinate client meetings, follow‑ups, and networking events.
• Analyse data from campaigns and CRM activity to help refine our business development strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in marketing, branding, and design, ideally within the built environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn — comfortable taking initiative on creative ideas.
• Organised and detail‑oriented, with good time management.
• Some familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools (preferred but not essential).
• Experience with social media or CRM systems (advantageous, training provided).
• A full UK driving licence (desirable, as site visits across the region may be required).
