WeAreTechWomen
Home. There’s no place like it. And there’s no feeling like helping people create the joy of feeling truly at home. At Dunelm, that’s what we do. We’re the UK's number one choice for homewares because we make home life lovelier for our customers. And the caring and encouraging culture we've created makes this a place you'll feel right at home too.
We are the UK’s Number One homewares retailer offering over 100,000 products building a consumer-focused total retail business that delights customers through our multichannel operation.
At Dunelm, we believe great packaging does more than just protect a product – it tells a story, sparks joy, and makes our customers feel right at home. That’s where our Packaging Team comes in. We’re on the lookout for someone creative and thoughtful to help us design packaging that catches the eye, feels good in the hand, and makes people want to come back for more.
You’ll be working closely with our brand, marketing, and commercial teams to bring our products to life whether it’s on the shelf, online, or in someone’s shopping bag. Our brand platform, The Home of Homes, runs through everything we do from social media and web to packaging and point of sale. You’ll help make sure our tone of voice stays consistent, warm, and welcoming across all channels.
We’re proud to be a responsible retailer, and we love shouting about the good we do in our communities and for the planet. You’ll play a part in that too.
This is a key role in our creative team, where you’ll help shape how our products look and feel from shelf to doorstep. You’ll be crafting packaging that’s not just practical, but joyful, inspiring and unmistakably Dunelm. You’ll respond to briefs across different channels, working closely with your team and stakeholders to deliver standout design.
You’ll be a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail, strong typography and layout skills, and experience in photo art direction. You’ll also be confident using the Adobe suite and managing multiple projects from concept to final delivery. Working alongside our Packaging Design Manager, you’ll guide projects, keep suppliers on track, and make sure our packaging guidelines are clear and consistent.
