Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely client data entry onto TrinityBridge systems
• Adherence to TrinityBridge procedures
• Data cleansing
• Supporting the testing of new systems and processes
• Notation of accounts - accurate recording or changes made and the reasons for that change
• Written client and provider contact
• Document management - ensure documentation is scanned, saved and archived in accordance with department operating procedures
• General ad hoc duties as required by the team or assigned by the your line manager

• Excellent record keeping and reporting capabilities

• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good working knowledge key Microsoft applications and good, accurate input skills
