Internal sales - Inside Sales

A major UK & International freight forwarding company is looking for an internal sales - inside sales professional to provide sales and support to the sales team.You will support the external sales team, whilst becoming a point of contact for key customers.

ROLE: Sales AdminLOCATION: WarringtonBASIC SALARY: £23k to £25kHOURS: Office based from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

ROLE: Support external sales team.Make first contact on sales leads received from partners.Identify new sales leads.Obtain appointments and visits of clients for external sales staff.Keep databases and customer records up to date.Perform basic customer service functions for clients, like answering questions or responding to queries with communication with the Ops team.Help prepare and present spot rates and RFQs to customers and partners.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
