Are you an experienced Corporate Tax professional looking to join a highly regarded accountancy practice where your development is genuinely invested in?

Our client, a leading and longstanding accountancy firm based on the Liverpool, is seeking a talented Corporate Tax Senior to join their growing tax team. Working with a diverse portfolio of SME, owner-managed and corporate clients, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your technical expertise, gain exposure to advisory projects, and progress your career within a supportive and ambitious firm.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients across a range of sectors.
• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and returns.
• Supporting tax planning and advisory projects including restructures, group reorganisations, R&D claims, capital allowances, and shareholder planning.
• Identifying tax-saving opportunities and providing proactive advice to clients.
• Assisting with HMRC enquiries and correspondence.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the tax team.
• Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and compliance requirements.

About You

• ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified/part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Previous corporate tax experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporation tax compliance.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within a growing firm.
