Product Designer – UI / Design Systems (B2B SaaS)

At Restrata, design isn’t decoration - it’s how global teams make sense of the world. We’re looking for a UI Product Designer to evolve the look, feel, and coherence of resilienceOS - our enterprise resilience platform used by leading organisations worldwide.

You’ll define the next stage of our design system, craft polished interfaces that handle serious data with elegance, and set a new bar for design quality in a space that desperately needs it.

What you’ll take on

• Create beautiful, consistent, and accessible UI for data-heavy enterprise workflows
• Translate UX ideas into high-fidelity, motion-rich prototypes
• Own and evolve our Figma design system: components, tokens, and visual logic
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure precision and consistency
• Shape how complex spatial and data-driven interfaces communicate at a glance
• Push visual quality and craft across every interaction and touchpoint

You’ll bring

• 3–5 years of UI design experience within SaaS or enterprise products
• A portfolio that balances structure, hierarchy, and creative flair
• Deep Figma expertise and experience scaling design systems
• Understanding of front-end principles (React, CSS, HTML)
• Desire to design for clarity under pressure, not just visual delight
• A collaborative, feedback-positive, and iterative mindset

Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year

Experience: 3 years required
