Project Sales Engineer – HVAC

About the Role

ALSALAM GROUP is looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor HVAC Project Sales Engineer to join our growing team. If you have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, proven project sales experience, and a passion for building long-term client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and delivering technically compliant HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial projects across Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new HVAC project opportunities through consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, architects, and project owners.
• Study tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and project specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and cost estimates.
• Recommend suitable HVAC solutions including VRF, Split, Ducted Split, Packaged Units, and Ventilation Systems.
• Conduct technical presentations and negotiate with clients to secure projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams after order confirmation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, CRM records, and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering.3–5 years of experience in HVAC Project Sales.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment selection, estimation, and tender preparation.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and developers in Bahrain or the GCC.Ability to read HVAC drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto
• CAD, and ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience is an advantage).
• Valid Bahrain Driving Licence is preferred.
