Facilities Manager

Our client is a prestigious and well-respected property organisation going through a period of substantial growth, and due to this success, they are currently looking for an experienced Compliance and Facilities Manager to join the team based in Liverpool City Centre.

As the company’s Compliance and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties within a mixed commercial and residential portfolio.

• Accompany H&S and FRA Assessors
• Instructing actions resulting from H&S and FRA audits
• Managing Compliance across the portfolio to include monitoring and instructing identified works as a result of: lift insurance inspections, boiler and plant maintenance, Mansafe and eyebolt testing, Fire alarms, pressure systems, emergency lighting, fixed electrical testing etc.
• Undertaking communal fire door inspections on a quarterly basis
• Issue High Risk Permits to Work
• Review contractors RAMS
• Issue annual permissions to work
• Assist in management of capital works projects
• Fault finding and problem solving

We are looking for a qualified (IOSH or similar) Facilities Manager, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges. You will have worked with compliance and BM software, and will have knowledge of health and safety regulations, building management, and compliance.

This is a new position to the company, and because of this they are open in terms of salary depending on the individuals experience. This role can also be considered on either a full time or part time permanent basis, so is a fantastic role not to be missed for its flexibility, autonomy, and opportunity.
