Trainee Property Manager

Our client is a highly successful independent estate agent in Liverpool who have a fantastic reputation for providing first class customer service. They are currently seeking a Trainee Property Manager to join their team, to work within their busy city centre office.

This will be a busy and challenging role with no two days being the same. You will primarily be responsible for handling reactive repairs and pro-active maintenance of a portfolio of residential properties. You will be tasked with taking ownership of post move in landlord and tenant relationships, your priority to ensure that all clients are provided with an exceptional service.

Due to continued business growth, they are looking for someone who is eager to join a successful business that offers support, training and progression opportunities.

The duties of the role will include

• Being the first point of contact for all landlord and tenant queries
• Arranging maintenance with contractors
• Organising and obtaining relevant safety certification
• Meeting with contractors on site
• Meeting tenants and landlords
• Carrying out inspections
• Assessing contractor work
• Negotiating and revising costs
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Managing relationships with landlords
• Any other tasks as assigned to you by management or Directors

Our client is offering a salary of £22,000+ dependent upon experience, plus commission giving at OTE of £25,000 - £26,000 and excellent career opportunities.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
