Your new role

This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a varied caseload of disputes work. This will include shareholder and partnership disputes, general contractual litigation as well as IT and IP litigation. You can look forward to working with a client base that includes a mix of SMEs and larger corporates.

The role will enable you to build long-term relationships with clients and to play an active role in practice development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. With a good range of experience, you should be able to provide commercial and pragmatic solutions for clients.
