The practice

Are you a Liverpool based Senior Architect looking for a new challenge? An opportunity has arisen working with one of the cities most respected practices. Due to an exciting pipeline of exciting and varied projects, they’re looking for a high calibre Senior Project Architect with a background in running medium/ large scale projects to add to their team.

The role

The existing team work across commercial, residential, education, industrial and hospitality projects. With a varied workload and full control of the life cycles of the schemes they’re looking for a well-rounded Senior Architect with strong job running skills and a flair for design.

The current team enjoy excellent working relationships with each other and it’s important that you’re personable and flexible in your approach. They’re also looking for the next generation of associate within the practice, so the role would suit a career focused and ambitious individual.

Your experience

A proven track record of running projects from the design stage through to completion will allow you to hit the ground running. Excellent communication will ensure you can manage contractors and client relationships. Revit skills would be an advantage, but what’s most important is your technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate all aspects of the jobs to ensure successful completion.
