Junior Sales Negotiator

• Annual salary of £25,500 Plus Commission (Expected OTE - £32,000)
• 18 month FTC role
• Full-time (35 hours) - 1 in 4 Saturdays
• Liverpool city centre office base

Access to own car and full UK driving license is essential for this role.(Candidates without a Full UK driving license will be automatically declined)

The role

As a Junior Sales Consultant at Redwing, you will be an enthusiastic and valued member of our busy, fast‑paced sales team. You will support the management of a growing pipeline, assist with property viewings, help negotiate offers, and build strong relationships with both vendors and buyers.

Full training is provided, so no previous estate agency experience is required. What matters most is your enthusiasm, resilience, confidence, and willingness to learn. A car and full UK driving licence are essential.

• Enthusiasm, resilience and confidence, with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate appropriately with people at all levels.
