We are looking for a friendly, organized, and empathetic Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for everyone entering our home or calling us. You will balance a welcoming front-of-house presence with vital administrative support to keep our home running smoothly.
St. Joseph's Home specialises in supporting people with profound and multiple learning disabilities who have complex health care needs. Our facility features beautiful, secure grounds, and three sensory rooms with state-of-the-art multi-sensory equipment. Residents can personalise their bedrooms and enjoy a variety of activities, including social clubs, music therapy, a sensory garden, and reminiscence sessions.
We also support community outings to Liverpool City Centre for concerts and the local village for shopping and dining with family and friends.
We have a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reflecting our commitment to a person-centred approach that uses intensive interaction to facilitate communication.
