Bartender/Barista

Overview

The Brunch and Cocktail Club, Liverpool, is part of the growing Rebel Restaurants Group with Sister restaurants Emily's, Formby and Penelope's, Birkdale.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. This will be a mix of day time shifts and also covering our party shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a flair for crafting quality beverages and have a friendly guest focused attitude. You will be responsible for taking guests orders, preparing and serving a range of drinks from coffees to signature cocktails, while maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

We are looking for someone with previous experience across all areas of the bar including barista experience at a high standard.

Please note weekend availability is essential.

Duties

• Offer a warm welcome to all our guests.
• Prepare a range of drinks from coffees to cockatails maintaining consistency and a high standard.
• At times offering recommendations to suit the guests taste.
• Serve drinks in a timely manner, adhering to safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Take order and handle payments accurately, processing transactions while providing excellent guest service throughout.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help guests feel welcome and valued.
• Experience working in a bar environment with barista experience is essential.
• Excellent time management skills, allowing for efficient service during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members alike.
