Health, Safety and Well being Support Officer needed in Liverpool Paying £14.93 per hr ref OR109087

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team.
• Coordinate workflows, track actions and support case management processes.
• Maintain accurate digital and paper records, ensuring information is handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection requirements.
• Respond to enquiries from stakeholders via email and telephone, providing clear and timely information.
• Support financial and procurement processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and monitoring expenditure.
• Assist with the coordination of occupational health referrals, wellbeing initiatives and health and safety activities.
• Produce reports, correspondence and documentation as required.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers across the organisation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems and service delivery.
• Support compliance with health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures.
